• Foundation:Designed  according to conditions of site
• Structure :Reinforced cement concrete pillars and beams (frame).Cement blocks are used for walls.
• Flooring:     Superior quality vertified tiles for the entire apartment with skirting
• Kitchen :    Granite kitchen counter, single bowl stainless steel sink and tap, Provision for the installation of an exhaust fan is also provided.
• Toilet fittings:     High grade sanitary ware including European water closet, good quality taps and shower.
• Hardwares:     Good quality wooden door frames and door shutters for internal doors.PVC/FRP door frames with PVC/FRP door shutters for bathrooms.
• Windows :    Fully glazed, power coated aluminum windows with mild steel grills
• Hardware :    All lights, locks, eyebolts, hooks etc. Used will be of established and dependable manufactures.
• Painting :    Internal walls will be putty finished with distumber paint for surface coat. Enamel paint to be used for doors and windows, External walls will be finished with emulsion
• Electricals:     Concealed wiring using multi strand copper wire. Adequate light, fan and plug points as per drawing . Each flat will have an independent meter. ISI marked switched etc. are used. A plug for cable TV and telephone conduit point are provided ina living room.
• Car Parking:     Car parking facility available at extra cost.
• Additional Items :    Additional electrical points, telephone and cable TV sockets wardrobes and any other work not shown in the plan can be done at extra cost as per customer’s requirement.
